If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better. Return Eligibility We accept returns if: • The item is unused and in its original packaging • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery To request a return, just drop us an email at customercare@funtad.com with your order ID and reason. Replacements (Because oops happens) Received a product that’s damaged, defective, or incomplete?
No worries — we’ll replace it free of charge. Just send us: • Your order ID • A photo of the issue • Within 48 hours of receiving the product Email us at customercare@funtad.com and we’ll sort it out quickly. Refunds Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection: • We’ll process a full refund to your original payment method • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days (We promise we don’t like waiting either!)
